Alan’s Corporate team is expanding to scale its regulated development work across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. You will join a newly created role focusing on building scalable regulatory processes and integrating with product teams.

We seek candidates who turn manual tasks into automated solutions using no-code/low-code and AI tools, with professional-level French and English. The role offers remote flexibility with in-person collaboration to support cross-country expansion.

Formación

• Experience turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions.
• Interest in regulated domain and how processes exist and friction points.
• Professional-level French and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Make regulated work scale by building a scalable regulatory layer with clear owners and reusable tooling.
• Rebuild processes end-to-end, identify inefficiencies, redesign and automate for faster use.
• Spot bottlenecks early and design compliant, fast solutions.
• Measure impact by setting goals and tracking adoption and improvements.
