Gartner is seeking a Community Program Manager to lead C-level executive communities, drive engagement, and design impactful programs. The role emphasizes stakeholder relationships, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and content teams.

The position involves coordinating in-person and virtual programs, traveling approximately four times per year to host events and speak publicly.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years in client success or sales.
  • Experience in B2B environments is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Execute on C-level community best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives.
  • Foster strong relationships with member executives and ensure active participation.
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute community programs seamlessly.
  • Manage client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs and communicate with members and sponsors.
  • Travel to in-person programs about 4 times per year as host or MC, including some public speaking.
  • Serve as primary contact for community members and provide exceptional support.
  • Partner with content to design high-impact programs aligned with member interests.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition.
  • Utilize data analytics to track engagement, program success, and satisfaction.

The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to foster relationships, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for our members.

Requirements
  • Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives.

  • Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation.

  • Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.

Program Development and Execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.

  • Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including communicating with C-level executive members and sponsors.

  • Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in-person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.

Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.

  • Partner with content to design high-impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C-level community.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition

Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction.

  • Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred if possible

Experience
  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required;

  2. Business-to-business experience is highly preferred;

  3. Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value-added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business.”
