Join to apply for the Communications Manager role at Innovarum.

Base pay range

Experienced profile with experience in media &/or marketing agencies (5 years). C2 English & Spanish. Hybrid position (Madrid-based).

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing communication campaigns
• Content creation (press releases, articles, social media, newsletters)
• Media engagement and event organisation
• Reporting campaign results
• Coordinating communication actions across Europe

Requirements

• English & Spanish C2 level (proficiency) is MANDATORY, both oral and written – no certificate necessary, but we will test your skills in the interview process.
• Proficiency in MS Office – no certificate necessary, but we will test your skills in the interview process.
• Experience in marketing or media agencies (at least 5 years). Track record of campaigns, media engagement or relevant communication actions.
• Strategic mindset and understanding of communication activities. You know how to plan communication campaigns from beginning to end, covering ideation, budget, development, implementation and reporting.
• High proficiency in at least one of the following fields: website development & management (WordPress Avada Themes), social media management (Hootsuite, SEMRUSH or similar platforms, organic and paid strategies), graphic design (Adobe Programmes), or video editing (Premiere or similar programmes).
• Education in communication, marketing, public relations, journalism (or similar). Master’s degree level or relevant internships.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of EU Projects Dissemination and Communication tools (Horizon Europe, etc).
• Other languages and international experience: professional or during education/training.
