Oxigent Technologies in Spain seeks a Regional Service Representative for UPS to provide professional on-site services for UPS products, mainly for data center projects. The role covers commissioning, on-site analysis and support, and supervision during installation while addressing customer issues.

The position focuses on complex and critical projects within Secure Power installations (UPS, cabinets, transfer switches) and requires international travel about 70% of the time.

Formación

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 4 years with commissioning or field service repair with secure power.
• Confirmed experience with Secure Power insulation (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches)
• Experience with installation and commissioning in Data Center
• Good software tools literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
• Fluent English (B2+)

Responsabilidades

• Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire secure power (UPS) product range.
• Evaluate unit’s installation (e.g. the quality of connections, assembly, readiness for start-up).
• Evaluate system's installation & operational conditions.
• Ability to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditions.
• Support customers in the installation, modification and repair of UPS product range.
• Be able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue/software issue / operation condition issue (Root cause Analysis)

Would you like to continue your development as a Commissioning Engineer for UPS in a multinational French company company that specializes in energy management and automation?

At OXIGENT TECHNOLOGIES, we are looking for a Regional Service Representative for UPS that is responsible to provide professional on-site services for UPS range of products produced by the company for its customers and their projects (mainly Data Center).

This includes commissioning, technical on-site analysis & suport, supervision during installation and resolving customer’s issues.

The role is primary focusing on complex & critical projects in a field of Secure Power installations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches).

What are you core activities?

• Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire secure power (UPS) product range
• Evaluate unit’s installation (e.g. the quality of connections, assembly, readiness for start-up)
• Evaluate system's installation & operational conditions

Requirements:

Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

4 years with commissioning or field service repair with secure power.

Confirmed experience with Secure Power insulations (UPS, Battery cabinets, Transfer Switches)

Experience with installation and commission in Data Center is real advantage

Good Software tools literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.

Fluent communication in English language (B2+ level min).

Willingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time.
