Randstad Spain is seeking dynamic professionals to join our recruitment and talent solutions teams. You’ll help manage client accounts, understand labour market trends, and deliver value-driven recruitment strategies across multiple sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages small/non-complex Professional Talent Solutions accounts and supports management of larger client accounts.
• Understands recruitment and labour market trends to provide clients with insights and updates across engineering, IT, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal, marketing & communications
• Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers and key client stakeholders to drive partnerships
• Conducts reviews with clients to discuss performance, outcomes, and future recruitment needs and planning for management and specialist positions
• Partners with internal and client cross-functional teams on structuring and executing delivery and strategic initiatives
• Supports deployment of long-term strategic objectives for business and sales growth and diversification
• Manages technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstrations, needs assessments, and value propositions
• Acts as intermediary between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and promote growth
