Eaton is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to drive profitable, cash-generative growth across the EMEA Data Center segment. You will partner with segment leadership, finance teams, and business heads to provide financial insight and strategic oversight in a multinational setting.

You will influence pricing, portfolio choices, and investments while managing risk and delivering scenario-based executive storytelling for key stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years in commercial finance supporting sales/commercial teams in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide forward-looking financial counsel on customer opportunities, portfolio choices, and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with Segment Directors to align financial insights with strategic plans and commercial initiatives.
• Translate complex financial scenarios into clear executive choices for pricing, mix, profitability and investments.
• Enforce disciplined risk management by focusing on cash, margin and risk exposure.
• Translate customer/market intelligence into inputs for strategic planning and Profit Plan directives.
• Support Strategic Planing and Profit Planing directional activities.
