A biotechnology company in Málaga is seeking a Sales Back Office professional to provide support to the Sales team, manage accounts, and implement promotional strategies. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology or Cosmetic Science, along with 3-5 years of experience and fluency in English and Spanish. The position offers a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

  • Attend trade fairs and visit customers when necessary.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Vytrus is searching for a very dynamic person, with high organizational capacity and responsible for:

  • Provide consultative support to the Sales team on the sales process via email, phone, internal messaging tools and within the CRM.
  • Manage the accounts assigned to them directly, in the office and in coordination with the Sales Director and the Customer Service team.
  • Plan and implement new promotional strategies that can be adapted to global and local needs in coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Organize distributor trainings with the participation of the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • If necessary, attend European trade fairs and visit customers.
  • Comply with the protocols of the Quality Management System with scope to their department.
WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology or Cosmetic Science.
  • 3-5 years' experience in similar roles.
