Job summary

Straumann Group in Madrid is seeking a Head of AI Value Creation to shape how AI transforms commercial operations and customer experiences. You will identify high-value AI opportunities, turn promising ideas into scalable solutions, and help teams adopt technologies that make a meaningful difference.

Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Digital, Data and IT, you'll connect business priorities with emerging AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, digital transformation or technology-enabled product initiatives.
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI in commercial or customer-facing contexts.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience developing business cases and defining KPIs and evaluating business impact.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions in complex organizations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape our AI strategy by defining and prioritizing a portfolio of AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility and scalability.
• Lead AI initiatives from business case development through implementation, adoption and scale.
• Drive measurable impact by establishing success metrics and improving commercial performance, customer experience and productivity.
• Scale AI capabilities by partnering with business and technology teams to integrate solutions into workflows.
• Enable adoption by addressing barriers and supporting change management across stakeholders.
• Connect teams and expertise across functions, markets and external partners to deliver shared outcomes.
• Guide investment decisions by evaluating emerging technologies and where to invest, accelerate or redirect resources.
• Promote responsible AI with adherence to data privacy, security, regulatory and governance requirements.
