Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Program Business Planning and Financial Reporting Manager to support the Combat Spain Program Organization in developing the Financial Business Plan and achieving targets through robust reporting. The role demands a finance background with 3+ years in controlling and strong experience in international programs.

Responsibilities include planning, monthly closings, reporting, ad-hoc combat reports, risk management, and audit support.

Qualifications

• Finance background including more than 3 years in controlling.
• Experience in reporting is a must.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional projects/programs.
• Experience with SAP (FI/CO/PS) and financial reporting tools (BW, SimpliFi, CA/CMA).
• Experience with Alteryx and AI reporting optimization.
• English skills required.
• Team spirit.
• Diligent and with ability to deal with requests within short time.

An opportunity for a Program Business Planning and Financial Reporting Manage has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). Reporting directly to Combat Spain Program Business Planning and Financial Reporting Manager within TFACS-TL2 the jobholder of this position will support TAC and EF-Services Spain Program Organization to elaborate Combat Spain Financial Business Plan and achieve financial targets by reporting elaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Elaboration of financial planning (BP, Forecasts, etc.) and outlooks and uploading into the systems.
• Financial monthly closing processes.
• Elaboration of Financial monthly reporting.
• Elaboration of ad-hoc Financial Combat reports as required.
• Risks and Opportunity management processes anticipating financial/operational risks/opps and advising on mitigation/materialization strategies.
• Identify actionable drivers for saving materialization.
• Support to external audits.
• Prepare cost information for proposal preparation/ price investigations, when required.
• Help the business navigate through the finance processes.
• Strict adherence of Business to finance compliance requirements.
