OneTrust is seeking a Collections Specialist in Madrid to maintain cash flow and customer relationships across a mixed domestic and international portfolio.

You will follow up on past-due invoices, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate documentation across systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of collections experience, including 2+ years in B2B and subscription-based environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience communicating directly with customers and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including experience using Excel for basic reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Your Mission

As a Collections Specialist, you’ll keep cash flow healthy and customer relationships smooth. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, resolve payment issues with clarity and empathy, and ensure accurate, timely documentation across systems. You’ll spot risks early, collaborate across teams, and help maintain strong financial operations.

As a Collections Specialist, you will:

You Are

Organized, calm under pressure, and confident in communicating with customers. You work well across teams, approach problems with clarity, and understand the importance of clean financial operations in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable working toward targets and contributing to shared team goals.

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of collections experience, including 2+ years in B2B and subscription-based environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience communicating directly with customers and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including experience using Excel for basic reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Extra Awesome

• Spanish language skills are highly preferred, with additional proficiency in other European languages (French, German, or Italian) considered a significant asset.
• Experience with Workday ERP and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Familiarity with collections tools (EG. highradius)
• Experience designing, supporting, or improving automation processes.
• Some level of technology skills and confidence using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Experience working in an international environment with customers across different regions.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools, such as Jira.
• SaaS or technology industry experience.
