Nobu Hotel Barcelona is seeking an energetic bartender to prepare and serve drinks, mix ingredients, and offer vivid descriptions of origin, flavor and preparation methods while maintaining knowledge of liqueurs and spirits. You will work rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night) on a temporary contract, upsell products, ensure guest satisfaction, handle billing, and help personalize guest profiles.

• Minimum 1 year experience, training in cocktail specialization courses is a plus.
• Fluency in English (B2+ or higher) and Spanish (B2). Other languages will be an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests at an appropriate time according to standards and needs.
• Mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks according to guest needs and expectations.
• Provide customers with interesting and vivid descriptions of the origin, flavor and preparation methods of each item; maintain a working knowledge of liqueurs, wines, beers, armagnacs, spirits, cognacs and specialty beverages.
• Prepare work areas for service.
• Perform upselling of products and services.
• Ensure guest satisfaction during the service, favoring and promoting the creation of experiences.
• Ensure the billing of the products and services offered in the bar, as well as the cash counting.
• Inform the Manager so that he can update each guest's profile with all the necessary information (complaints, incidents, preferences, tastes, etc.).
