IQVIA is expanding its COA Accelerator to scale AI-enabled capabilities for evidence-backed COA strategies. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI workflows, including retrieval-augmented generation, across structured and unstructured sources to support regulatory and clinical decision-making.

You will partner with COA scientists, data engineers, and product teams to deliver secure, explainable AI solutions with rigorous evaluation and governance in a remote/hybrid setup.

Formación

• Experience building AI/NLP applications in production
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases
• Strong Python skills and ML framework familiarity
• Ability to translate expert reasoning into technical implementation
• Knowledge of AI risk, hallucination, and grounding issues

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimise AI capabilities for COA strategy generation and evidence synthesis
• Own AI reasoning implementation, model orchestration, and evaluation pipelines
• Build AI workflows interpreting therapy areas, indications, endpoints, and trial design considerations
• Develop mechanisms to distinguish strong evidence from weak precedent and outdated info
• Create model evaluation frameworks for factuality, grounding, and governance
• Collaborate with COA scientists, product managers, data engineers, security teams and legal stakeholders
