Una importante empresa digital está buscando un CMS Content Lead en Carballedo, Galicia. El rol implica liderar un equipo de editores de contenido, garantizar la calidad, y colaborar con equipos técnicos en el desarrollo del sitio web. Se requiere un grado en un campo relacionado, entre 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de contenido y conocimientos en Drupal. Ofrecen contrato permanente, horario flexible, trabajo desde casa, y seguros de salud.

Formación

  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de contenido web, preferiblemente usando Drupal.
  • Conocimientos básicos de HTML/CSS y conceptos de desarrollo web.
  • Experiencia en entornos regulados y procesos de revisión MLR.

Responsabilidades

  • Guiar y apoyar a los editores de contenido para asegurar la calidad.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de PM y técnico para el desarrollo del sitio web.
  • Mantener y actualizar materiales de capacitación CMS.

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CMS Content Lead that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

Serve as the strategic and operational point of contact for content editors within the CMS team and across the business. The Content Lead provides guidance, operational support, and ensures content quality and consistency.

MUSTs Service Requirements
  • Lead and mentor CMS editors to ensure consistent content quality.
  • Advise and support business stakeholders and editors on CMS-related queries and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the PM and technical teams to support the corporate website blueprint rollout.
  • Act as backup for the PM during PTO or absence, ensuring continuity in planning and execution.
  • Maintain and update CMS training materials, incorporating platform changes.
  • Apply UX principles to guide content structure, readability, and user engagement.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Use Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Drupal CMS.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to step into a PM role when needed.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor content editors.
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills, especially with cross‑functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and their application to digital content.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS.

Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows).

Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

Basic understanding of HTML / CSS and web development concepts.

Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools and reports.

Experience working in regulated environments and with MLR review processes.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
