Job summary

XpertDirect, a Dublin-based cloud software and cybersecurity company, is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen security across cloud infrastructure, identities, Kubernetes workloads, and production environments.

This role sits at the intersection of Cloud Engineering and CyberSecurity, focusing on hands-on security engineering, automation, monitoring, and preventative controls to help teams build and operate secure systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud Security, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or a similar role.
• IAM and access control.
• Python or similar scripting experience.
• Cloud security principles and best practices.
• SIEM / security monitoring.
• Experience securing production cloud environments.

Our client, a growing Cloud Software company based in Dublin, is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen security across cloud infrastructure, identities, Kubernetes workloads, and production environments.

You'll work at the intersection of Cloud Engineering and CyberSecurity, combining hands-on security engineering, automation, monitoring, and preventative controls to help engineering teams build and operate secure systems at scale.

Core Skills

• 3+ years in Cloud Security, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or a similar role
