Job summary

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks an ICT Officer (Cloud SecOps Engineer) to lead cloud security design and operations across Azure and multi-cloud environments. You will focus on threat detection, incident response, security automation, and hardening of cloud infrastructures supporting IOM offices globally.

You will collaborate with development, operations, and information security teams to identify vulnerabilities, enforce compliance, and foster a culture of security

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Five to seven years of professional experience in Cloud SecOps engineering.
• Certifications required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate; Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals; ITIL v4 Foundation; Certified Cloud Security Professional (CSSP); CISSP (advantage); AWS Certified Security Specialty (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Implement 24/7 monitoring and threat detection across Azure environments.
• Enforce Zero Trust through Azure AD Conditional Access and RBAC.
• Conduct vulnerability management and CI/CD security integration.
• Automate security checks in pipelines and IaC templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train staff on cloud security.
