DXC Spain is seeking a Middleware Administrator to join our team. You will work in a hybrid environment, administering middleware and web servers, deploying Java applications and managing SSL/datasources.

You will run containerized workloads on Azure AKS using Helm, Argo CD and KEDA, while collaborating with the CISO team to improve security and compliance. The role requires strong Java/JDK, middleware experience, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience administering middleware and application servers (WAS, JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic).
• Strong Java/JDK knowledge, EAR/WAR deployments, and JVM tuning.
• SSL/certificate management and secure communications experience.
• Ability to apply hardening guides and compliance policies to web products.
• Proficient in English; team collaboration with CISOs and DevOps.

Responsabilités

• Administer, configure and maintain application servers (WAS, JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic) and web servers (IHS, Apache).
• Deploy Java applications (EAR/WAR), configure datasources and JVM settings.
• Manage SSL certificates, clustering and load balancing.
• Run containerized workloads on Azure AKS using Helm, Argo CD and KEDA.
• Analyze system vulnerabilities and plan mitigations; patching and hardening.
• Collaborate with the CISO team and other technical teams for continuous improvement.
