TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Market/Process Analyst to optimize operational processes and support country teams across Europe. The role focuses on reducing errors, improving quality, and documenting business processes while collaborating with sales, IT, and vendors.

The analyst will work with Freshdesk, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools in a hybrid setup, contributing to cloud and eCommerce initiatives across TD SYNNEX entities in Europe.

• Understanding of eCommerce and Cloud business models.

• Familiarity with Freshdesk, process documentation and data analysis tools.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Understanding of vendor ecosystems and IT distribution channels is an advantage.
• IT Channel or software vendor experience is a definite advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Intercultural experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Freshdesk queues, ensuring timely response and resolution of tickets.
• Provide support to country teams and partners, acting as a central point of contact.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of operational processes.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Support vendor ad-hoc operational activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data.
• Act as a liaison between business operations and IT/platform teams.
• Ensure proper understanding and usage of operational platforms by internal country sales teams.
