CloudZone is seeking a Cloud FinOps Analyst to join our FinOps team in Madrid. You will analyze clients’ monthly cloud expenditures, create dashboards and reports, and help steer cost optimization initiatives with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to automate data flows and develop KPI-driven cost strategies while leveraging BI tools and cloud platforms. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Finance, or Cost Optimization.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct customer-facing tasks, including analyzing clients' monthly expenditures using advanced BI systems.
• Prepare reports, define monitoring alerts, and develop recommendation papers.
• Analyze large datasets and establish KPIs to foster a Cost Optimization culture.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects by automating and optimizing data flow through the creation of dashboards, management of databases, and extraction of insights.

As a Cloud FinOps Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact our organization's success by providing the insights that drive our financial strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer-facing tasks, including analyzing clients' monthly expenditures using advanced BI systems.
• Prepare reports, define monitoring alerts, and develop recommendation papers.
• Analyze large datasets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to foster a Cost Optimization culture.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects by automating and optimizing data flow through the creation of dashboards, management of databases, and extraction of insights.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Finance, or Cost Optimization roles.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Umbrella, CloudHealth, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred / Advantageous:

• 1+ year of experience providing FinOps recommendations and conducting cost analyses.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
