Vodafone Group Plc in Madrid is seeking a Cloud and AI Data Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end design of secure, scalable data platforms across a multi-cloud environment. This role requires translating business requirements into production-ready AI solutions while guiding the team and ensuring governance and operational readiness.

Formación

• End-to-end design and architecture of scalable data platforms in hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL/ELT orchestration
• Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code and cloud security best practices
• Proven track record in FinOps including cloud cost forecasting and rightsizing
• Experience leading complex cloud migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud hubs
• Bachelor level STEM degree and cloud certifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with optional Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Understand business requirements and translate them into data architectures
• Design and implement AI architectures aligned with Vodafone's goals
• Create decentralized data mesh architectures with robust data contracts
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and security of cloud/AI solutions
• Provide high-level effort estimations and roadmapping for migrations
• Define data interaction patterns in multi-cloud environments and optimize cloud-to-cloud data movement
• Embed FinOps principles into design phase
• Govern AI Booster-based solutions with scalable cloud architectures and CI/CD patterns
• Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and platform teams
• Translate complex requirements into high-level cloud architecture proposals and ROI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with business users to anticipate data needs
• Deliver AI-powered data solutions
