FUNDACION INSTITUTO INVESTIGACION SANITARIA FUNDACION JIMENEZ DIAZ is seeking a temporary full-time professional to support clinical trials data handling in Spain. You will record medication data, log patient visits, and help resolve data discrepancies across study platforms.

Collaborating with the Study Coordinator and PI, you will ensure accurate data capture, coordinate with billing for patient visits, and assist in AE reviews for potential audits. Prior clinical data experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Recording in the corresponding platform of the medication assigned and returned by each patient (in patients treated with oral drugs).
• Recording of data from each visit of each patient in the data notebooks.
• Resolution of discrepancies in the data collection notebooks.
• Resolution of discrepancies concerning patient imaging tests on each study's own platform.
• Review of adverse events (AEAS) and archive them for possible audits.
• Review with the billing department of the visits of the patients included in the clinical trials in order to avoid duplicates. Shared task with Study Coordinator.
• Contact with PI and Study coordinator in case of any problem arising in the trials.
