The Clinical Trial Delivery Trainer will play a key role in strengthening employee capabilities and ensuring consistent operational excellence across clinical research teams. This position focuses on designing, coordinating, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for professionals involved in clinical trial operations. You will support onboarding, ongoing professional development, and role readiness across multiple functions, including clinical research and project management. Working closely with functional leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into practical learning experiences. You will also contribute to knowledge sharing, employee coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
