Biopharma Careers is seeking a Solution Lead for the Study Design Platform to own the end-to-end delivery of a next-generation SaaS platform enabling smarter, data-driven decisions in clinical study planning, protocol authoring, and scenario-based operational feasibility analysis.

You will join the Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) R&D team within our Healthcare sector, working at the intersection of clinical operations, digital innovation, and enterprise IT.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as an IT Solution Lead or equivalent in healthcare/life sciences.
• Experience with clinical trial processes and regulatory environments (CSV, GxP).
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Study Design Platform across its lifecycle.
• Translate complex business needs into functional specs and support UAT.
• Lead workshops, drive change management, and onboarding for users.
• Collaborate with R&D, IT, and external partners to realize value.
