A clinical research organization is seeking a Study Start Up Lead to manage the study start-up process across multiple countries, including Spain. This individual will oversee site activation, partner with Project Managers, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in the industry, strong leadership qualities, and excellent organizational skills. This position allows for remote work with expected travel of 10%.

Formación

• At least 4 years of industry experience, including 2+ years in study startup management.
• Knowledge of international regulatory requirements like ICH-GCP.
• Ability to work independently and engage cross-functional teams.
