Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support end-to-end monitoring and site management within our Clinical Operations team. The role offers flexible work options including home-based, office-based in Germany (Munich/Karlsruhe), or hybrid arrangements.

The CRA will perform remote or on-site visits, ensure protocol compliance, manage essential documents, and collaborate with investigational sites to maintain data integrity and patient safety.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical environment or clinical research.
• Fluency in English and German (C1) and ability to communicate in German during interviews.
• Valid driver’s license and full right to work in Germany.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clinical monitoring and site management for trials.
• Conduct remote or on-site visits to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain essential regulatory documents and audit readiness.
• Develop collaborative relationships with investigative sites and clients.
• Update study systems and communicate trial status to the Clinical Team Manager.
• Travel up to 50–75% and support investigator payments as needed.
