ClinChoice is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join as a full-time, permanent employee. This remote role is based in Spain with Barcelona as the ideal location and requires regular travel to clinical trial sites.

You will support multiple trials, perform on-site and remote monitoring, and collaborate across a diverse portfolio for pharma, biotech, medical device, and consumer health clients. Prior CRO experience is required.

Formación

• Eight years of clinical research experience with on-site monitoring.
• Experience working for a CRO is required.
• Therapeutic areas across trials desired.
• Strong knowledge of trial operations and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clinical sites and ensure start-up quality.
• Perform site evaluations, initiations, and follow-ups.
• Train site staff on study procedures.
• Conduct source data verification and data query resolution.
• Manage investigational products and trial materials.
• Ensure safety reporting and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain trial documentation and archiving.
