Fledge is a boutique Talent search firm connecting exceptional talent with AI and software startups across EMEA. We are seeking a Product Engineer to join a climate-tech startup in Barcelona, building AI-powered solutions for energy, mobility and industry.

You will own end-to-end product features, design intuitive tools, and work at the intersection of product, engineering, and environmental science. You will collaborate with AI researchers, climate scientists, and data engineers to deploy

Formación

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science foundations.
• Proficiency in modern web front-end tech: React, Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript.
• Experience with Python and AWS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of full-stack features from UI to backend.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, climate scientists, and data engineers to integrate models.
• Architect scalable systems to handle high-volume environmental data.
• Experiment with modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
