Prosper AI is building real-time AI voice agents for healthcare, enabling high-accuracy patient and payor interactions. We seek a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with AI PMs, improve agent performance for clients, and solve technical opportunities across complex internal tools.

You’ll join a full-time Barcelona-based team with potential move to New York, collaborating on FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, and a React/TypeScript frontend.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with software development, including internships or side projects.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL and React/TypeScript.
• Willingness to work closely with clients and learn.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with AI PMs to improve agent performance for clients.
• Work with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support thousands of daily voice calls and ensure reliability.
• Contribute to real-time AI voice agent projects.
