Topsort is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer, Integrations to translate business needs into scalable product solutions. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to support pre-sales conversations and lead technical implementations with Topsort.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON and XML.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven success working directly with enterprise clients and understanding their constraints.
• Ownership mindset from pre-sales design through implementation and post-sale success.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on customer-driven roadmaps.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with Prospects & Clients: Work with sales and customer success to understand requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical conversations and demonstrations aligning our platform with customer needs.
• Solution Design: Translate business challenges into feasible product configurations and data integrations.
• Support RFPs and security questionnaires: Respond to technical questions in RFPs and trust inquiries.
• Own the entire integration process from start to finish, guiding implementations for clients.
• Bridge tech and customer success: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless API integrations.
