Job summary

Bond Brand Loyalty in Madrid seeks a Project Manager (Non-Technical, Client-Facing) to drive integrated programs spanning strategy, creative, content, analytics, communications, and technology partners. You’ll manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget, while strengthening client relationships.

You will bring hands-on project management skills, a sharp eye for content, and confident presentation abilities to optimize outcomes and ensure excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Solid experience managing client-facing projects in fast-paced environments, ideally in an agency, loyalty, automotive, or marketing setting.
• Strong content management experience across multiple deliverables and platforms.
• Strong relationship management skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to align strategy, creative, analytics, and tech partners.
• Proficient with project planning tools such as Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, and Dynamics (or similar).
• Strong presentation skills with polished decks for updates and recommendations.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong timelines and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• A PMP certification is an asset but not required.
• Flexibility to travel or work outside standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-stakeholder client projects with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery.
• Understand client goals, industry context, and customer engagement strategies.
• Create, monitor, and manage project plans, launch schedules, and risk management.
• Collaborate across strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology to deliver integrated solutions.
• Track budgets and resourcing, forecast spend, and support statements of work and growth opportunities.
• Facilitate ongoing client communication with weekly updates and ad hoc requests.
• Support content management across projects, including intake, reviews, and approvals.
• Prepare clear presentations and status reports communicated to clients and internal teams.
• Establish and optimise communication cadences and documentation for milestones and issue resolution.
• Maintain and improve project processes to ensure quality across deliverables.
• Support pipeline forecasting and account reporting, identifying efficiency and value opportunities.
