Roche is seeking a Technical Business Analyst focused on CIAM to bridge business needs with technical teams in Madrid. You will document requirements, shape CIAM solutions, and ensure secure, user-centric identity journeys across registration, authentication, consent, and profile lifecycles.

You will collaborate with security, legal, and IT stakeholders, drive workshops, and support release readiness in a regulated healthcare context.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsabilidades

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer identity, registration, authentication, consent, profile management, and access journeys.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Challenge and refine requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and business value.
Support prioritization of demand, backlog items, and roadmap initiatives.
Work with architects, engineers, and product teams to shape CIAM solutions.
Ensure requirements are traceable through delivery, testing, and implementation.
Participate in release planning, change activities, and deployment readiness.
Engage with business, security, legal, compliance, digital, and IT stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and decision meetings.
Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and options clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Support alignment with GDPR and privacy/regulatory requirements.
Ensure customer identity processes reflect governance, auditability, and security expectations.
Contribute to control documentation and evidence gathering.
Identify pain points and opportunities to simplify CIAM processes and journeys.
Support KPI tracking and service improvement initiatives.
Stay informed on CIAM trends and identity standards.
