Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a Head of Technology to shape and lead the technology strategy in a hybrid, Spain-based role. You will define multi-year roadmaps, oversee budgets, and drive secure, scalable engineering across DevSecOps, cloud-native architectures, and AI integrations.

You will partner with product, business, and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. You will mentor cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing innovation

Formación

• Proven ownership of enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience leading large-scale digital or software projects in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern architectures, cloud operations, and AI impact on orgs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication including board/regulatory levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the technology strategy with a multi-year roadmap.
• Own the technology budget and drive efficiency via FinOps and TCO management.
• Set target architecture (cloud-native, microservices, zero-trust).
• Lead AI-augmented development and governance.
• Establish engineering standards across DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, observability.
• Ensure GDPR, ISO 27001, PSD2 compliance with secure-by-design principles.
• Act as senior technical counterpart for key clients and vendors.
• Build a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture across borders.
