Yacht Crew Recruitment & Training (YCRT) seeks an experienced Chief Stewardess to join an 80m+ private M/Y based in the Mediterranean. This hands-on leadership role will head the interior team, delivering exceptional service, meticulous housekeeping and guest care.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as Chief Stewardess on yachts 70m+, strong administration and mentoring skills, and expertise in wine, cocktails, floristry, and luxury hospitality.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts 70m+.
• Hands-on leader with strong guest care and housekeeping standards.
• Experienced in managing large interior teams and mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the interior team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee housekeeping and guest care to luxury standards.
• Manage administration and time management within the interior department.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure smooth interior operations.
• Utilise wine, cocktails, floristry and luxury hospitality knowledge.
• Familiar with interior management systems and MS Office.
