DescriptionOwn the product strategy and roadmap end-to-end, working in close partnership with the CEO to define and execute the product vision.Identify and drive opportunities where LLMs and AI can transform every layer of the platform, including chat assistance, quality assurance, fan segmentation, performance analytics, automation building, onboarding, and support.Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, setting a high bar for product craftsmanship, discovery practices, and execution excellence.Maintain continuous and direct engagement with clients, treating agencies as design partners-prioritizing regular, hands-on conversations alongside data-driven insights.Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver AI-powered features that perform reliably in production environments, with a strong focus on quality, latency, and sustainable uniteconomic.
