You will connect Product, Engineering and Operations, build and guide teams of 50+ people, and strengthen performance without constant headcount growth. The role emphasizes automation, processes, and customer value across fintech/blockchain products, with accountability for execution and business results.

Role Overview

As Chief Operating Officer, you will turn product and technology decisions into effective operations. You will connect Product, Engineering and Operations, strengthen skilled teams and improve performance without relying on continuous headcount growth.

• Oversee Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support and strategic initiatives.
• Improve team structures, ownership, KPIs and performance.
• Translate product and technology decisions into scalable operational processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve automation, efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop operational leaders and build blockchain knowledge across teams.
• Turn strategic priorities into clear projects with measurable business results.

Requirements

• Senior operations leadership experience in a blockchain-native, crypto-product or digital-assets company.
• Strong practical knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure and transaction flows.
• Experience managing several teams, ideally with a combined scope of 50+ people.
• A record of improving efficiency, execution and business performance.
• Experience delivering projects across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect product decisions with customer value and revenue.
• Ability to explain complex blockchain concepts clearly and develop expertise within teams.
• Languages: English
• Experience in fintech
