Destinus in Madrid seeks a Head of Kinetics to lead the production of energetic materials, ensuring safety, quality, and reliability for mission-critical UAV programs. This role requires decisive leadership in a high-regulation environment and a hands-on approach to optimization and risk management.

You will drive production strategy, coordinate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams, mentor specialists, and translate long-term objectives into actionable plans that keep our operations on time

Formación

• Extensive experience in explosive/energetic materials production in high-regulation industries.
• Strong leadership with track record of managing technical teams.
• Deep understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards for energetic materials.
• Hands-on expertise in process optimization and solving problems under pressure.
• Strategic mindset to translate long-term objectives into actionable production plans.

Responsabilidades
