ROBINSON CALA SERENA in Cala D'or is seeking a CHIEF ENGINEER (m/f/d). As head of the technical and maintenance department you and your team ensure heating, ventilation and plumbing systems run reliably to provide guest comfort.

You will manage the building, oversee maintenance operations, and contribute to a safe, smooth guest experience while maintaining service standards across the hotel.

Formación

• Completed training in a technical field (e.g. heating, ventilation, plumbing or electrical engineering).
• Management experience is required.
• Experience in building management.
• Good knowledge of PCs and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, flexibility, teamwork and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain heating, ventilation and plumbing systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Oversee the technical equipment and systems and coordinate the maintenance team.
• Ensure smooth operation of the technical and maintenance department.
