Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Car Return Agent to join our Network & Stations team. You will be the face of the return process, ensuring vehicles are well maintained and customer relations are upheld.

As the primary contact for customers returning rentals, you’ll inspect vehicles, collect keys, and finalize the rental in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Join Our Team as a Car Return Agent – Be the Face of Our Return Process. Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and ensuring vehicles are well maintained? We are looking for a dedicated Car Return Agent to join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function. As the primary point of contact for customers returning their vehicles, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships, inspecting vehicle conditions upon return, and ensuring the smooth collection of keys and finalization of the rental process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and confidence when they return their vehicles


• Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily


• Identify and assess any potential new damage on vehicles, compiling necessary documentation for efficient evaluation


• Contribute to the Quality Control process to ensure fleet damage records are accurate and up to date


• Provide excellent customer service during all customer interactions, ensuring a smooth and satisfying return process


• Support other areas of the branch to ensure operations run efficiently and customer experiences are maximized


• Perform additional duties as requested by management to contribute to the success of the branch

Ideal Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or operational role is preferred


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment


• Familiarity with vehicle inspection or rental operations is a plus

Historia

Se llamaba Raoul-Louis Mattei y en 1949, creó \"L'Abonnement Automobile\": una empresa que más tarde se convertiría en la Compagnie Internationale Europcars, luego Europcar.
