Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Car Return Agent to serve as the face of our return process. You will help customers returning vehicles, inspect condition, and ensure smooth collection of keys and closure of rentals.

In this busy role you’ll maintain high standards of service, document observations accurately, and support branch operations. Prior customer service or transport/logistics experience is a plus, and a proactive team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or operations is preferred.
• Ability to assess vehicle condition accurately during returns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
