Europcar Mobility Group in the Canary Islands seeks a Car Return Agent to be the face of our return process. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles on return, and ensure the smooth collection of keys and rental closure.

You will contribute to fleet quality control, document new damages accurately, and support branch operations in a fast-paced environment. A proactive team player with strong communication and attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism when they return their vehicles.
• Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and document any new damage on vehicles for accurate records.
• Contribute to the Quality Control process to keep fleet records up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions and ensure a smooth return process.
• Support other branch operations to maintain efficient service.
