Ideal candidates will have significant experience in operational roles within enterprise software, adept at handling both immediate deal support and long-term process improvements.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or channel operations in enterprise software.
• Proven ability to manage deal flow with strong attention to policy compliance.
• Experience documenting processes and writing SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Support real-time channel operations to unblock and process deals quickly.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures that clarify deal processes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to enhance tools that support Channel GTM motions.
