Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist to drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption activities within a complex SAP transformation program. You will collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, functional teams, and local site representatives across multiple locations.

You will lead change impact assessments, design comprehensive training, and develop user guides while ensuring successful solution adoption

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Training, or Business Adoption roles within large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness assessment.
• Experience developing and delivering training strategies, learning materials, and end-user training programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating site readiness, user adoption, and change management activities across multiple business locations.
• Familiarity with SAP implementations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing change communication, stakeholder alignment, and business engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness, monitor adoption KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute change management and training strategies to support SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives.
