Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Certinia PSA Solution Architect to join our Revenue Excellence team. You will lead end-to-end Certinia PSA engagements, working with Salesforce, ERP, and finance teams to design scalable solutions and deliver measurable improvements in project delivery, resource utilisation, and financial visibility.

You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, guide workshops, and ensure adoption.

Formación

• Significant experience delivering Certinia PSA, Salesforce Professional Services, or related enterprise service operations solutions in a consulting, implementation, or internal transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of professional services business processes including resource planning, project management, time & expense, utilisation, forecasting, backlog, billing, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
• Experience in a Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, or similar client-facing role with responsibility for solution design and delivery outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Certinia PSA implementation, enhancement, and optimisation projects aligning with client goals and scalability.
• Manage engagements from discovery through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand business needs across resource management, project delivery, time & expense, billing, and revenue recognition.
