ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD is seeking an experienced leader to head our Certification Body, driving growth in cybersecurity, radio equipment, security systems and UAS conformity.

This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence and business development, offering the opportunity to shape certification services within a global and innovative organization.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in certification, testing or conformity assessment environments.
• Strong knowledge of CE Marking, RED, EMC, LVD regulations.
• Experience leading teams or technical organizations.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Certification Body to ensure growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Define and implement new certification services, with focus on cybersecurity and digital regulations.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, auditors and support functions.
• Oversee the complete certification lifecycle and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17065 and related frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Drive digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company in technical committees and industry forums.

Your mission

• Lead and develop the Certification Body, ensuring growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Define and implement new certification services, with special focus on cybersecurity and digital regulations.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, auditors and support functions.
• Oversee the complete certification lifecycle and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17065 and related frameworks.

What we're looking for
