Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a remote role, to support centralized monitoring activities across a sponsor project. Lead the setup, programming and refresh of the CM platform with strong SAS skills and clear stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities include CM strategy development, QTL/KRI/DQA implementation, and maintaining CM specifications. Excellent English communication and a solid data-management background are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in pharmaceutical R&D or related field, preferably centralized monitoring, data management or biostatistics.
• 2-3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute activities.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Experience with relational databases, preferably CDM and EDC systems.
• Familiarity with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and GCDMP.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing CM strategy by identifying relevant CM elements for the study (QTL, KRI, data visualizations, DQA).
• Set up/program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments per CMP.
• Refresh the Centralized Monitoring Platform at defined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications document and file in eTMF.
• Review and understanding of study protocol.
• Understand data sources, transfer specs and data structure.
• Execute and document peer-review of CM platform setup by CMA colleagues.
