AstraZeneca GmbH in Barcelona seeks an experienced Scientific Project Manager to oversee outsourcing for Cell Therapy Enterprise activities across preclinical programs. The role requires on-site presence three days per week and fluent English.
You will ensure timely delivery within budget and quality, drive continuous improvement of tools and processes, and collaborate with cross-country teams to schedule tasks, manage risks, and optimise resources.
This role is based in Barcelona, with an on-site commitment of three days a week. Fluency in English is required.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing outsourcing and facilitating the delivery of Cell Therapy Enterprise activities across portfolio projects, currently focused on preclinical programs. You'll ensure that these activities are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Additionally, you'll ensure that project teams adopt the required tools, processes, and outsourcing ways of working. You'll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of existing tools and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring business continuity in scientific project management.
You'll have the opportunity to solve complex problems across a variety of projects, while initiating and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
