Roche in Madrid is seeking a senior Medical Affairs professional to lead the regional medical strategy within the cardiometabolic space. You will collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and investigators to shape clinical approaches and advance Roche's research pipeline.

This is a foundational role with growing scope as the new therapeutic area expands. Ideal candidates bring experience in obesity/diabetes spaces, strong strategic thinking, and fluency in English to influence national medical

Formación

• University degree in Health Sciences (MBA/post-graduate valued).
• Experience in field medical roles within the cardiometabolic space (Obesity/Diabetes experience is a key asset).
• High level of English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Territory Medical Plan ownership: design and implement your region's TMP, from evidence generation to medical education and clinical trial support.
• Monitor landscape, identify gaps, and generate insights to adapt strategy.
• Profile KOLs and centers to uncover opportunities for scientific collaboration.
• Lead high-level scientific exchanges on Roche portfolio and research pipeline.
• Support investigator-initiated studies (IIS) with Medical Managers, influencing local evidence generation.
• Organize high-impact clinical sessions and present data at major congresses and symposiums.
