Europcar Mobility Group in Spain is seeking a Car Return Agent to manage the vehicle return process, greet customers, inspect vehicles, and ensure smooth key handovers and rental closure.

You will contribute to fleet condition and documentation, support branch operations, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or operations preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection or rental operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism when they return their vehicles.
• Check vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and document any new damage on vehicles.
• Contribute to quality control to keep fleet records accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions and support branch operations.

We are looking for a dedicated Car Return Agent to join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function.
