Job summary

AllinBlusive seeks a Yacht Captain to lead VIP private day cruises with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety. Fluent English is required; additional languages such as German or Russian are a plus. A valid boating license for Motor and Sailing Yachts and EU work eligibility are essential.

Your Profile

• We are looking for individuals who embody the followingtraits andqualifications:
• Passionate About the Sea:A genuine love for the ocean and cruising.
• Mandatory Boating License: A valid boating license (for Motor Yachts and Sailing Yachts, ideally both) compliant with Greek laws.
• Team-Oriented:Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptable Multitasker:Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously with ease.
• Welcoming Personality:Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanour and a constant smile.
• Professional Appearance: Presentable, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Drive for Excellence:A desire to be the captain of the World's Leading Private Cruise.
• Language Skills:Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or Russian) are a strong advantage.
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in yachting or marina services is preferred but not essential.
• Driving License:A valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Local Expertise:Familiarity with local waters is a significant advantage.
• Work Eligibility:EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit are welcome to apply.
• Seasonal Availability:Must be available to work from April to November.
