Job summary

ITP Aero seeks an experienced NX specialist to provide advanced CAD expertise across multiple disciplines and to drive NX configuration, standards, and automation initiatives within a multinational engineering environment. You will develop custom NX solutions using NX Open C++ and support CAD/PLM integrations with Teamcenter-NX and CATIA, ensuring robust data management and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar.
• 5+ years working with Siemens NX in engineering and production environments.
• Experience defining CAD methodologies, standards, and roadmaps within enterprise engineering environments.

Job description

• Provide advanced technical expertise in Siemens NX across multiple disciplines including Part Design, Drafting, Assembly Design, Sheet Metal, Electrical Routing, Fluid Routing and Simcenter environments.
• Configure and maintain NX environments, standards and methodologies, including advanced knowledge of DPV and CAD configuration management.
• Design, develop and maintain custom NX solutions and automation tools using NX Open C++, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and business requirements.
• Develop and support engineering applications utilizing C++, Qt Framework, and Java-based technologies where required.
• Provide specialist support (L2-3), troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex CAD-related issues, ensuring efficient resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Support and maintain CAD/PLM integrations, with advanced expertise in Teamcenter-NX and Teamcenter-CATIA interoperability, data exchange processes and configuration management.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams regarding CAD best practices, methodologies and system usage.
• Administer, configure and support BCT Technology solutions and related integrations within the engineering environment.
• Collaborate with PLM, Engineering and IT teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and digital engineering improvements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and change control for system configurations, custom developments and integration solutions.
• Deliver technical training, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to engineering users and key stakeholders.

What profile we are looking for?

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar

Experience

5+ years working with:

• Working withSiemens NX in engineering and production environments.
• Defining CAD methodologies, standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps within enterprise engineering environments

Language

Advanced level english (B2,C1)

Knowledge

• Strong experience in NX configuration and administration, including DPV and CAD standards management.
• Proven experience in NX customization and automation development using NX Open C++.
• Solid programming skills in C++ and Qt Framework; knowledge of Java is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of Teamcenter fundamentals, including CAD data management and engineering workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Teamcenter-NX and Teamcenter-CATIA integrations
