Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid area) seeks a Program Finance Controller for the C295 program. You will lead the financial planning process, build forecasts, and provide strategic financial guidance to the program team.

You'll develop financial models, assess risks, monitor cost bases (airframe/engine), profits, and participate in audits. Collaboration with auditors, cost accounting setup, and ensuring data quality are core parts of the role, with opportunities to contribute to

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
Excellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince.
Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
Excellent relationship-building, team-building and conflict management.
Negotiation level of English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

Lead the financial planning process and develop multi-year targets.
Develop financial models, simulations and business cases for projects, bids, M&A.
Approve purchase requisitions and manage cost accounting structures.
Provide accurate financial reports and advise on mitigations.
